T-520 series:DB309A1-3.pdf Description “ T” Series single slot burners have cast iron bodies and stainless steel ribbon ports. They provide a very evenly distributed and stable flame over the entire range of turndown. An almost unlimited variety of flame lengths can be specified. Available in various shapes. These single-slot “T” burners are particularly suitable for flame treating fabricated plastic items and other direct-flame applications. All Flynn “T” single-slot burners operate with natural, manufactured or L.P gas and an air-gas mixing system that utilizes a compressed air supply or a conventional combustion air blower. A variety of ribbon patterns provide this burner with the versatility to treat any web. For speeds in excess of 1500 feet per minute two burners may be required. The burner is available in single slot ribbon design assemblies only. These assemblies are made to order for the specific applications. Four channels of external water cooling minimizes burner deflection over burner width’s in excess of 6 meters. Features -
Long lasting cast iron construction -
Variety of ribbon patterns -
Special Wide Slot ribbon patters eliminate striations or laning -
External water cooling minimizes burner deflection 861 WC:SPEC SHEET.pdf 861 UNIFLAME Aluminum Surface Treating Burner Description The series 861 burner is extruded aluminum, one piece construction with internal water cooling channels for both the front & back of the burner. One piece construction eliminates water and gas leaks from flanged burners. The aluminum body transfers heat most efficiently, compared to cast iron. The internal water cooling channels keep the burner straight preventing bowing or bending which would affect the gap, which in turn would negatively impact the surface treatment. The burner is available with optional manual deckle rods installed which will permit reducing the flame space based on the width of the sheet. This will result in significant energy savings. The burner is available in triple slot and single slot ribbon design assemblies and is made to order for any length. Features -
Light weight body construction -
Aluminum body provides efficient heat transfer -
Eliminates Striations or Laning -
High capacity Ribbon assembly -
Internal water cooling minimizes deflection HC 511 1 & 3 slot:FB511A1.pdf Single-slot burner for capacities up to 10,000 BTU/in Three-slot burner for extra high capacities up to 30,000 BTU/in. (higher capacities available. Please consult Flynn Engineering) Series 511 high capacity burners provide flame stability over a wide range of firing rates without the use of flame retention flanges. Other HC-511 burner features include Description -

550 series: Uniglo – Infrared Burner: BB406B.pdf Description Infrared heating is a gas burning technique in which premixed gas and air burns on a surface layer of a permeable and/or perforated medium. Unlike segmented ceramic infrared burner designs, the Uniglo burner is a single piece construction, which provides a more even distribution of radiant heat over the entire burner surface. Maintenance The Uniglo burner is essentially maintenance free. Resistance to Shock The Uniglo burner resists thermal and mechanical shocks without loss of burner efficiency Radiant Output Can be fired up to 85,000 btu/sq ft /hr Applications: - Bakery Ovens
- Snack-food Ovens
- Thermoforming
- Paper Drying
- Textile Drying
- Drying and Curing of Coatings
