Description
“ T” Series
single slot burners have cast iron bodies and stainless steel ribbon ports. They
provide a very evenly distributed and stable flame over
the entire range of turndown. An almost unlimited variety of flame lengths can
be specified. Available in various shapes.
These single-slot “T” burners are particularly suitable for flame
treating fabricated plastic items and other direct-flame applications.
All Flynn “T” single-slot burners operate with natural, manufactured
or L.P gas and an air-gas mixing system that utilizes a compressed air supply
or a conventional combustion air blower.

T
series Triple slot:DB305A1-3.pdf
Description
The
Flynn Series “T” 3-slot high capacity burners
are used extensively for flame treating plastic bottles, toys,
coolers, syringes,. . or practically any item fabricated from
plastic. These items are fed through the burner flame prior to
labeling, printing or decorating so that proper adhesion will
take place.
These burners have a patented 3-slot stainless steel ribbon constructidn
which provides a high capacity uniform knife-like flame with
a wide range of turndown.
These burners can be operated universally with natural, L.P or MFG. gas and are
compatible for use with an air-gas mixing system utilizing either a compressed
air supply or a conventional combustion air blower.

Ring
116,117,118,119,120,470:DB307A1-2.pdf
Description
The
Flynn Internal Firing Ring Burner is used in the flame treating
of plastic bottles where total peripheral treatment is desired.
These burners are made to produce a uniform circle of flame directed
to the center of the ring, and are composed of two 180° segments,
each half capable of independent operation.
A simple carrier & gravity pull, on an incline is used to pass
the poly-plastic containers (or other product) into & through
the circular flame.
This flame treating or finishing process allows printing ink or
labeling to adhere to the surface without peeling.

Description
Flynn’s brass burners are compatible with all types of flamers. Flame space
is adjusted in just seconds for fast line changes. Result: reduced waste, minimal
production down-time. Super-fast heat up capability brings lines up to critical
treating temperature in a fraction of the time normally required.
Available in both end and bottom fed configurations, suitable for use with natural
gas
Available as a single-slot unit (5,000 btu/in of flame space) for smaller configurations,
and as a three-slot unit (15,000 btu/in of flame space) for larger configurations.

Uniglo – Infrared
Burner: BB406B.pdf
Description
Infrared heating is a gas burning technique in which premixed gas and air burns
on a surface layer of a permeable and/or perforated medium.
Unlike segmented ceramic infrared burner designs, the Uniglo burner is a single
piece construction, which provides a more even distribution of radiant heat
over the entire burner surface.
Maintenance
The Uniglo burner is essentially maintenance free.
Resistance to Shock
The Uniglo burner resists thermal and mechanical shocks without
loss of burner efficiency
Radiant Output
Can be fired up to 85,000 btu/sq ft /hr
Applications:
- Bakery
Ovens
- Snack-food

- Thermoforming
- Paper
Drying
- Textile
